At Combico, we offer a full service, from kitchen design and planning, right through to commissioning, on-site training and after-sales service.

DESIGN BRIEF: Establishing a comprehensive design brief in consultation with the client is the first essential step. This enables us to provide a concept design which ensures a catering production and service facility, tailor made to the individual requirements of the project partners.


DETAILED DESIGN PLANS: Having established a concept design, based on a clear and concise design brief, our Autocad drawings are progressed to include the following: Kitchen design / layout; storage solutions; waste management; drainage and grease trap details; Mech. & Elec. requirements; staff changing facilities, and; itemised legends showing all service estimates.

HACCP COMPLIANCE: Through liaising with the appropriate Environmental Health Officers, and submitting all designs for approval, we ensure compliance with all Health Service Executive legislative requirements.

SPECIFICATIONS: Combico prepares detailed equipment specifications which relate directly to the final catering design. Our specifications are performance based, and are therefore independent of any brand or supplier.

TENDERING PROCESS: Drawings, elevations, equipment specifications and counter finishes are included in our tender package. On receipt of the tenders, we complete a thorough tender analysis based on adherence to the original specifications, budget compliance, and compile a shortlist of suppliers to attend a post tender meeting, prior to appointment of the successful company.

LIAISON WITH DESIGN TEAM: Throughout the project, Combico are available to liaiase with the design team, building contractor and catering equipment supplier, for clarification to ensure the smooth running of the project. We complete a final inspection report & snag list.
